The evolution of the district of Ile in 100 photos

Surrounded by the Boulevard de la Sauvenière, this historic, commercial and cultural district is the city's entertainment hub. By placing archival photos and current images side-by-side, the exhibition shows how this space has evolved over the past five decades; for example, the radical transformation of the Chiroux complex (60s) or the recent rehabilitation of the major cultural infrastructure.
